Roshna is excited by the challenge of envisioning what's next—drawn to bold ideas, creative problem solving, and building with intention. Trained as a scientist, she’s always been curious about how things work and how they can be improved – but found her passion in tech, where she could apply that mindset to complex business problems in a fast-moving environment.

She’s had the opportunity to work across both early-stage startups like Carta and Elastic, and larger tech companies like Google, learning how businesses at different stages grow, adapt, and execute. As Roshna became more immersed in the startup ecosystem, she found herself energized when supporting early-stage founders - especially during the messy, high-potential moments when ideas take shape.

Roshna is currently an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School, and holds a BS in Chemistry from George Washington University. Outside of work, you’ll find her in a spin or Pilates class, spending time with friends and family, or exploring something in the arts.
