Raseel Ghoul

VENTURESHIP SCOUT

Raised in Dubai during its most dynamic phase of innovation and global expansion, Raseel has always been fascinated by the impact that emerging technologies and entrepreneurial endeavours have on societies. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University in Montreal, she returned home to the Middle East to begin her professional journey as a consultant at Kearney. Over four years, she advised high-impact government entities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with national investment planning strategies and innovation-led development across the technology, defense, and consumer sectors.

Now pursuing her MBA at The Wharton School (Class of 2026), Raseel brings this same rigor to the venture capital world. She serves as a fellow at Wharton Venture Partners, where she has learned to source, evaluate, and support startups across categories like supply chain innovation, financial inclusion, and femtech.

Raseel is committed to communicating with innovative founders worldwide and believes that entrepreneurial promise can be honed globally. Her ability to navigate both institutional systems and entrepreneurial ecosystems positions her uniquely to drive impact across industries and borders.
