Charlotte’s work sits at the intersection of technology, product, and social impact. She began her career in enterprise consulting, where she advised organizations on digital transformation and AI-enabled systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions. Over time, she gravitated toward roles that blended strategy with execution, operating alongside leaders to improve how teams build, ship, and grow.

She is currently an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson (Class of 2027), where she focuses on product management, venture capital, and impact investing. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California, an academic foundation that continues to shape her interest in systems, institutions, and global impact.

Actively engaged in the venture ecosystem, Charlotte works with Anderson Venture Impact Partners to source and evaluate early-stage startups in health and wellness, and supports board and nonprofit initiatives centered on access, education, and community outcomes. Drawn to environments with high ambiguity and real stakes, she thrives as a connector—between vision and execution, founders and systems, ideas and impact.
