Growing up in Austin, Texas, Olivia was surrounded by the city's vibrant tech scene that ignited her passion for innovation and interest in the world of cutting-edge companies. After college, she worked at Deloitte Consulting for nearly five years - focusing on supply chain strategy and transformations for large retailers and consumer product companies. She brought her learnings from how the best companies operate to support the product and business operations teams at UpLabs, a mobility-focused venture lab in Los Angeles.

Olivia has a BS from Southern Methodist University in Management Science and Mathematics and is currently pursuing her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is passionate about time outdoors and cooking - her newfound free time in business school has allowed her to improve her pickleball, sand volleyball, tennis, and golf game.
